Trinity Sunday: Video, Homilies, Images and Multimedia Slides

The following are homilies, images, clipart, video, toon and multimedia slides you might find useful for your celebration of the Solemnity of the Most Blessed Trinity (Year C). The Dogma of the Trinity states that God is the Triune God, existing as Three Persons but one being. While these Three Persons are one, they are truly distinct one from another. They are not three Gods but one God.

HOMILIES

  • Is God Only in Heaven [www.bible.claret.org]
The fact that God is Trinity tells us that our God is above us, around us and within us. If we are to relate to God as fully as possible we should be relating to all modes of his presence as fully as possible. • The Spirit of truth [dailyscripture.net]
It is the Holy Spirit who reveals the Father and the Son to us and who gives us the gift of faith to know and understand the truth of God’s word. Through the Holy Spirit, we proclaim our ancient faith in the saving death and resurrection of Jesus Christ until he comes again. The Lord gives us his Holy Spirit as our divine Teacher and Helper that we may grow in the knowledge and wisdom of God. Read more…
  • Trinity Sunday [www.catholicmatters.com]
The Father, Son and Holy Spirit know all our human weaknesses, they knew them before they arranged to make us sharers in their own eternal happiness. They know also that it is those of us who try and try again to rise above our human weaknesses, who will finally share their heaven with them. Read more…
