I think the FOSS bill is more about government adopting open technologies and potentially, contributing to these technologies; rather than getting FOSS into everybody&#039;s homes. And while we&#039;re on the subject of poverty, perhaps enacting the FOSS bill can save the government resources that it can then divert to poverty-alleviation solutions?

How about revamping NTC ruling in reference to WiFi connectivity? Cut the monopoly in the telecommunication business; allow people to FREELY connect themselves; SOLVE the AFFORDABILITY and ACCESSABILITY issues then...thats the time we can start discussing other issues...including SPIRITUALITY.
