Ian - I have not met him yet but I would be glad to meet Dr. Marcelo and, of course, all other guys interested in Linux. I am also advocating for the wide use of Linux in the country, particularly in schools.</description>

I wonder if you already met Dr. Alvin Marcelo, one of our professors in the UP College of Medicine, a techie guy who&#039;s REALLY into Linux and everything open-source, pushing for its &quot;mainstreaming&quot; in the Philippines and throughout Asia =) And he&#039;s a good Christian as well =) You&#039;ll get along fine methinks hehe</description>
