Benefits and Hazards of Social Networking

I gave the following presentation last Saturday at the St. Scholastica’s College in Manila. The audience were mostly parents of high school students. The main premise of the talk is that online social networks, such as Facebook, Multiply and Twitter, have their advantages and usefullness but porn and other inappropriate content are also lurking on the world wide web. Thus young people do not only need to be safe and smart online but also have to develop a greater sense of responsibility in their use of the internet.

Stephen…i am one of the lucky delegate who attended your lecture on netiquette during the Paulinian Congress held at St. Paul’s College Pasig…i echoed your presentation here in our school and luckily i was able to present it well to the faculty and staff…may i please ask your help if you could provide us a sample of SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY FOR THE SCHOOL…we are now doing a revision on our students handbook and we plan to include policy on social network…we hope and pray you could help us with this…thank you and more power…

    I have a credit score of 511 and am looking to purchase a car for 11,000. I have a cosigner with excellent credit. What are the chances of me getting a loan in Colorado? Should I be looking at Credit Unions?.
